How long until I get points back on my license? I lost 3 out of my 4 because of the accident so I was wondering how long till I get them back?

I thought the accident wasn't your fault? Do you loose points even when it isn't your fault?

I like the fact that in Australia P-platers aint allowed to drink any alcohol. We don't get P-platers here.

Lol well technically it was my fault... legally that is... I mean, I didnt drive out and hit him intentionally.

as far as i know if you lose points its three years to the day till ya get them back not sure if its the same for p's but, or if your state is different to WA

Yeah I'm not sure as I only have my red P's for a year

You'd get them back eventually I mean over here points stay active for 5 years I think it is. I don't really know I haven't got any lol and I don't think I know anyone who has!

My ex I think lost three for jumping a red light. She's an Aussie on her p's. Could ask her if I ever happen to be talking to her anytime soon.
