B***ARDS!!!!!!

They have f**ked me around for months - and I have had to pay for two contracts (?70) per month due to their mistake.

I am trying to claim the money back and they are making it difficult.

Now that finally the problem appears to be resolve I phoned and asked for my PAC code to transfer numbers. It occurred to me that they said I would have it in 48 hours, and that must have been at least 72 hours ago - maybe more!

I just really want this to be over - I can't afford this!

For the first month of this, I ended up paying out ?100, just in phone bills as I had to pay a month in advance on the new contract!

Do these people realise that some people are not made of money

What a bunch of knobends

go to watchdog and tell the company you are doing so.

I think I may!

The current problem with the PAC code is O2 - but that doesn't negate the previous problem at all.

I am seeing a solicitor and trying to sort it, but watchdog sounds like a good idea.

Dont get me f***ing started!

3 network keep phoning me asking if I want a contract phone from them, "No im very happy thankyou". They called on Thur, again, im not interested but thankyou. Sat I get woken up, sign for a package, that turnms out to be a f***ing 3 phone. They have sent it to me even though I didnt want it.

To send it back you firstly have to call, on a number where no f***er answers. Then by writing, confirm you want to send it back (all within 7 days of recieving the handset - other wise you will be liable to pay the value of the phone plus VAT) get the returns details AND THEN you have to pay for it to be sent back via Special delivery, withing 14 days.

If they dont recieve it, you, again are liable to pay for it.

I just want it sorted. I was borrowing from Peter to pay Paul so to speak, just to make the payments.

I could do with the money back. Peter is getting desperate.

Thanks Treebs.

Apparently not. I think they were hoping that if i saw it, i would go for it. but they have no right sending me a phone i didnt want, and then me still liable for any costs etc.

Thank f*** my boss is a solicitor.

Should have kept it, on the basis that as you didn't ask for it, you thought it was a free gift!
