hi people, i was just wondering - would any british people out there swap their general election vote to be able to vote in the US presidential election?

if so why? or why not?

No, I wouldn't.

Not unless I actually moved to America.

I would like to have an input into the country that I live in. Yes, what happens in America has an effect here, but not as much of an extent as who becomes Prime Minister here.

if the economy falls in the US, it affects our economy, if the US goes to war, we got to war with them... i'd certainly consider it. and look into it in great detail. i suppose in this country you got more options than democrat and republic, like the green party etc.

btw they do have the green party in the US, just they get knocked out so early on mostly.

well it is pretty much a 2 horse race anyways, just other parties do exist.
