From one ex heavy smoker, "good on all of you" and keep up the great work, you have your life to look forward to!

Thank you.

How long has it been for you since you quit?

It's tough but not impossible, the best to both of you and I'm glad I'm nowhere near you right now, with the side effects and all just joking and really good for you

About 16 months I think. I still have some horrible stuff appear from the depths of my lungs from time to time.
horrible I know, but it's true. I am like a new person though, and I rarely get sick and my sinus problems of the past have disappeared as well. so many possitive things have happened as a result of quitting.

That is so encouraging to hear, not about the horrible stuff appearing from your lungs though. I feel like a new person already, and it's only been 5 1/2 days.

Well done to you, never turn back.

Thanks

To be honest, I haven't experienced any of the "off" days yet, don't know whether that is in the pipeline. I'm feeling great atm.

Still not smoking and it's been 1 week 3 days now.

Feeling very happy because I've managed to get the Nicorette inhalator with cartridges on prescription today, that meant, only paying ?7.10 instead of ?20.10.

Are you still fighting, or has it got easier for you now? It must be a few weeks for you now.
