sensitive skin

i have really sensitive skin. when i touch it it burns. any way to calm the irritaion? i mean it hurts just to move its so sore.

please help.

E45 sensitive anti-itch cream works wonders on mine.

camomile, or aloe vera

Is your skin dry in the places where its sore??
Might be Eczema if it is..
E45 cream or coco butter might help

greg uses aqueous cream for his soriecis

i would advise against creams and moisturisers coz thts wat i used 2 use and it made it worse!!
