a lot help weight loss? Say if you walk around for the vast majority of the day when before you didn't and you don't eat anymore than you used to, would it affect your weight?

They say if you can walk 3 times a day for about 20-30 minutes, it will help.

Apparently waking up with a hard on is the sign of a good body. For guys, not girls.....not too healthy for a girl to wake up with a hard on

You will have to walk more quickly than normal to get any benefit. You will need to bring on a slight sweat by the time you're done.

Yes. You should be able to pick up speed the more your walking.
