how do i post a pic as a post?

i am new to this stuff can any body help me with this?

See the little red "up" arrow next to the reply box? Click it. A box will pop up where you can locate an image on your computer. Do so and click the Upload button.

go to where the pic is where it says img

To post a pic in one of your posts you have to insert the URL in between these :

[ img ] put the url of the pic in here and delete the spaces to make sure it works [ /img ]
