Actually come to think of it I think the only urine test I had through my pregnancy was to test for a UTI because they're pretty common in pregnancy.

I'm pretty sure for scans (I'm assuming ultrasounds) you have to hold your pee IN rather than let it out lol. I remember turning up at the hospital and almost running in because you have to drink a litre of water and hold it in for a couple of hours

it's horrible!

Yes you need a full bladder for your dating scan (20 weeks) but not for your 12 week one.

Over here they test you for everything with bloods, but they keep a regular check with urine.

Probably from what she's read here, about peeing in things and blood tests...

Blood tests is enough to put me off anything for life.

Yes I find it difficult. I have no problem peeing but as soon as I put the stick there, the flow stops because I get nervous lol.

Maybe this was the reason man parts where made for, but somewhere on the development stage, they got put on the wrong gender

(fyi completely out of context but greg keeps telling me its not hard to do and i'm trying to prove him wrong)

They also give you the option of peeing in a cup I believe, then dipping the stick into that..but read the package first, and follow the instructions "exactly".
