hi jellybaby
yeah i really feel that therapy has helped me alot.
it's help to understand why i experience the world the way that i do. (why i live in so much fear) It's helped me a lot in becoming more assertive and overall having healthier relationships. Therapy sure is a lot of work, but for me it's worth it.

I had therapy in the past, its weird how you usually hate the therapist and the therapy. However in my old age im wondering if perhaps thats all a part of it. Like wanting the sessions to end so that you can get on with life

i been in therapy 4 years, i have changed so so much. off all my medication now, so yes keep going lots of love.
