my life has been turned upside down

what the hell is happening to me.. my life seems to be a series of
disasters.. and every x road i come to where i have to make a choice
I always make the wrong choice.
My counciler sez i am too hard on my self every one make bad choices
' but every time ' every car i buy goes wrong' just when i settle into a job the company closes, i left my wife a year ago
and went back to her 3 mths later. now i seem more unhappy than
i have ever been, i have never been on my own and seem to loose all my friends when i got married . im at another x road what the hell do i do..it doesnt help as i have no job, no were to go.
and my depression seem to be getting worse.

oh dear you seem to be downtrodden into only looking at the bad things in life.

Your counsellor is right, we do make bad choices, we do screw up. We screw up at work, our relationships, parenting, DIY, cooking

The point is, sometimes you just have to look a little harder and see some positive things in life.

If you got both legs.. you are lucky.

If you have a roof over your head.. you are lucky.

If you have a pair of shoes.. you are lucky.

If you have hot running water.. you are lucky.

Clean drinking water, money in your pocket, a flushing toilet, electricity, a pillow to rest your head on, your eyesight.

Be happy with what you have. The more positive you are the more people will warm to you.

I con core! The book 'The secret' tells us that what ever you think about expands! so if your thinking lack, lack will manifest & if you think gratitude & love then that will manifest..... remember whether your inspired or depressed it's all the minds game & its yours!!!!!! There are no ordinary moments 8)

hey, except all these things that happen, as a part of you, and you will feel better. Don`t use this positive thinking, it will not work.I hate this sentence,"everything will be allright". The germans use it all the time , when things go wrong.

I know i should be greatfull of all the above...But whats the point in life without happiness, I seem to find a sence of piece when i go out for a walk in the country
and when i come back home the wall just seem to cave in
on me..if that makes sence
I dream of a little place in middle of know were
I new start . were life is simple
