Advice wanted on how to get customers/clients?

Hello everyone

I was wondering if anyone here had any tips on how to get customers/clients for an alternative healing practitioner business.

I have advertised in new age magazines without success so I would appreciate any advice

- Put up fliers in health-food stores.
- Word of mouth. When you meet people, tell them what you do and give them your card.

in th UK there is a site called FreeIndex.co.uk where your customers can write a review re the service you provide and what they thought of it, try looking on the web for something similar in your region of the world..and the UK site doesn't cost anything so you have nothing to lose

If you have existing clients or if you are networking on a regular basis (and you should be - <smile> I can show you how to increase referrals and keep the clients you have longer.

There's a much easier, cheaper way to build your business in a much warmer way than competing with pages of ads in a magazine.
