i don't think many of us can imagine how hard something like this is.

i just break out in tears at any occasion i know its better to be around people but i just want to hide and hope it will go away my stamache is in knots all the time and i've lost six pounds not that i can afford to lose any weight

o wow i'm sorry to hear that!! Try to spend a lot of time with friends & family to occupy your time so you don't sit at home & spend "alone time" with yourself. Being alone or wanting to be away from everyone will only make you feel more depressed because you will think about it more. Try to do some mother daughter activities together. See if they have any events going on or do crafts. Anything that will occupy your time. This is something that only time can help make you feel better because i know it had to hurt a LOT. I hope everything gets better for you!!

my daughter is in school all the time and she si much too young to put this kind of burden on but thanks anyway i hear this kind of thing goes around like wildfire i just never thought it would happen to me.

yeah, i think a lot of people say you should be surrounded by people every second,
which is fairly sound advice, but there's only so much distracting yourself you can do before the reality sets it, and you do very much need to take care of yourself cause people can't always be there.

though that doesn't mean you don't have people there to support you and i guess it's the difference between needing time by yourself and hiding away.
when my sister seperated, he cheated on her too.
it took her a long time to refind herself, it was interesting to see.
she started off by going into town and spending about 100 bucks on cd's.
she realised that since she'd gotten married she was too distracted with that life that she forgot all the music she used to love.
we spent alot of time listening to influetial 80's music

you'll do it too, like rediscover who you are, or your new lot in life or whatever.

funny thanks for that my daughter said that if anyone should have been cheating it should have been me .thank god i have some morals.

yes she did know about me and the kids and obviously didn't care anymore than he did.I know that i would never do what either of them did to me but it doesn't make me feel any better about it .
