is there a program i can download to make my files smaller? preferably my videos..because they are like 100mb+ and youtube only allows 100mb's max! so i need to make them smaller..the size not the actual length..

Do you have "Windows Movie Maker" on your computer?

Windows Movie Maker (came with my computer) has an option when you select "Save Movie File" to computer to select "Best Quality for playback on computer" or "Best Fit to file size" and you select the file size.
