Do you really drink water like you suppose to?

When it rains, the rain is water that has evaporated from the ground. I think. I dunno, been ages since I did the water cycle in geography

don't know if thats true for the whole world, but in london it is estimated that each glass of water has been drunk 10 times before.

the water out our (uk/northern ireland) tapes is a hell of a lot purer than bottled water.

I can't do without my coffee everyday but i try to drink a lot of water perhaps two pints a day.

I don't drink a whole lot of water, but when I do drink it is mostly water or OJ. I drink water while I am doing my homework unless I'm too exhausted on Fridays to get the glass out and put ice and water in it. I try to limit myself when I do drink soda to two a day (lunch & dinner). I should drink more but I don't want to spend my whole day in the bathroom, if you catch my drift.

I try to drink as much water as I can, but it really depends on where I am, and how busy I am. At work we have lovely chilled water from the coolers, and that encourages me to drink more.

the body to fuction properly needs a half ounce of water per pound of body weight.
