I always call it light headedness from standing up too quickly, just a sudden rush of blood to the head in the sudden movement and it takes you by surprise.

I sometimes get blinding headaches (aka migraines) which usually result in one of my eyes complete fuzzing out to which I can only see fuzzy specks of colour and I can't make anything out!

Well, I get these quite a lot. It's normlly when I stand up after sitting/lying for a while, or when I sit up fast after lying down. Sometimes I just get them randomly though. I get a rining in my ears and my vision clouds-up completely blue and I get really dizzy. It lasts for a few seconds then totally clears like nothing happened. Quite a few years ago I told my school nurse about it at a routine check-up, but I can't really remember what she told me about them and they've become more frequent now.

I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it's something to worry about.

I get that; only mine are 'white outs' for some reason...i guess i just like to be different
