Low in life low to the ground out stretched hands begging for a pound.
Out of eye line out of mind, passerby's keep passing by pretending that there blind.
"Get a job you lousy bum"every day it's the abuse they have to succumbe.
Treated like scum,all for the pleasure of middle class fun.
Hay now mr.suit with your wealth,ever considered how the down throdden felt,ever considered how they ended up there,your ignorance and vanity won't let you care.
Born into a lucky situation,silver spoon in your mouth gold ticket vacations.
Daddy drove top of the range cars,mummy shopped in the high street far away from the spars.
Boarding school with your middle class chums,a million miles from the
gutters with their working class bums.
How can you ever understand,what you take for granted came easily at hand,for the man on the streets he knows no such luck,his parents addicts they never gave a f***.
TRY in your mind to swap places for a while,
feel the pain and hurt then try to crack a smile.
