Come on, it wasn't a try. His foot was lifted after it touched the line, even so they wouldn't have won.

Please do not talk badly of the Aussies, they were knocked out with grace, they didn't make excuses, or the whole palava that other teams have been doing, and already a few English people have done.

I'm not a rugby fan so I don't really understand it, but that game was extremely dull, like the rugby version of 0-0 or something. The South Africans played well, but for a lot of the time just stood in their own half instead of trying to score more, which was a shame because it made them look the smaller team when they seem to be equal.

The foot never touched the line ! ...a try would have kept us in the game ...realise you are as unbiased as the Aussie official we woz robbed

The fourth official in the stands (Aussie) had to decide with TV replays if England had scored the try ...as the ref on the pitch wasn`t certain .

Am i the only irish person to say that, i thought it was a try.A poor final it has to be said,im not a fan of rugby,but i expected better
