Those twilight creatures from Legend of Zelda's Twilight princes, the ones where you had to defeat all at once, were creepy as f***. Just....creepy. *shudder*

But I will have to say Lord Ghirahim from Skyward Sword. Simply because he was too fabulous for my blood.

Hands down gotta be Sweet Tooth. This is one clown you don't want to laugh at. Plus, he drives a creepy, heavily armoured ice cream truck in which he murders his victims and stores them in the freezers.
