Is there anyone that has worked with kids showing them how to video tape and edit what they video? What were some of the problems and concerns? I am looking to do this in a school setting and am wondering whaqt problems to avoid. Any suggestion?

I'd use iMovie, personally.

That's the norm, you can get it for most G4-5 computers. It's handy and it just
works really well!
