At the bottom of someone's post there are little thumbs, up and down and it says kudos next to it, click on a thumbs up

Marvellous! I've given you a point. Why still escapes me since we tend to say thankyou anyway but there you are. i suppose it's like a quick rating, or something. I keep getting kudos. Do you just get them automatically?
