when trillian gets back in touch we will have a date
cos she wants to drive there so thaught i would see what best for her

next week or the week after before the 30th

Its not that we dont want to go, but for us southerners, Alton towers is a mission.

I personally would have to book a day off work, travel all the way up there (3 hours) spend the day there, travel all the way back and go to work the following day. It would kill me.

how can you compare thorpe park with Alton towers?

Alton towers is miles better, worth the trip IMO.

I didnt say one was better than the other. One is considerably more attractive to me because its nearer. This has nothing to do with rides

Isn't there somewhere in the middle? I realise Alton Towers is a bit far for people travelling up from t'south but Thorpe Park is a bit far from us northern monkeys! aint there anywhere in the middle?
