Church would probably be a good place. Usually a bigger one that has groups and stuff for teens. You don't actually have to agree with what they say to go. Hopefully you don't agree with everything anyone says let alone a religion; although, I do believe that commonalities are necessary in friendships.

so they wont be all mad at me or whatever...i used to be agnostic? im not so much anymore..i just dont have a religion anymore

Church, if it suits you (it wouldn't suit me). See if your local youth centre or library has programs that interest you - whether it's music, crafts, sports, whatever interests you. Just keep your mind open - if someone there shares one interest with you, they may share others too.

Sometimes meeting people online is okay. A good place to look is https://meetup.com
It lists all sorts of groups that get together for various activities. You can join one and start meeting new people!
