Vice President targeted in suicide blast

News coming in that the US Vice President is "fine" following a suicide bomber targeted him when on a visit to Afganistan.

Having seen the sort of security the US put in place when their President visited my home town I think they probably sign posted the visit for the Afgan military allowing them time to plan this attack.
