what do you do if your a goth but ur mum and every1 ur age hates goths

dude...f*** them all, i get shouted at by random chavs in the street for the way i look, waste of time trying to be someone you aint..

People don't like Goths because mostly its about image and hating everything. There are so many posers.

Goths are largely seen as negative influences based on different depictions in history. They are seen as pagan or barbaric or Godless or criminal. These contradict what they were.

But, there's also the punk era Goths based on rock. Its just a subculture and nobody should down you for that.

If you know what a Goth is and are making an informed decision then your family should be cool, just reassure them your not going to change into some sun hating depressing follower based on peer-pressure.

Well i just started being a goth got a pvc jacket, i've been in the streets wearing it don't give a dam wot other people think.
