High Court Judge?

Following a ruling in Belfast High Court today I was wondering would I allow that particular High Court Judge judge a bonney baby competition.

The evidence against a man who is known by the very dogs in the street to be a main player in the outlawed Ulster Defence Association included soil from the shallow grave of a murdered man being found on the boots and jeans of this "innocent man". He was also witnessed by several people as being in the car which took away the man to be murdered.

The Joker, oh I mean Judge said the soil could have got on the accused's boots and jeans anytime and not necesarily as he buried the man that was murdered.

The Joker also disregarded the accused being seen in the car which took away the murdered man as he was not the driver of the car. Does that old fart not realise that these "generals" are always driving about by their minions.

What hope is there for genuine justice when old farts like this are making decisions that are simply wrong?

Sounds par for the course. I wonder why Judges do not have to retire untill they are laid to rest and are only promoted to the high court when they become totally senile.

I'm thinking of applying for the job.

I want to be the next Emporer of Rome. That sounds batty enough to get me onto the short list of people likely to be invited to be a High Court Judge.
