I have a Zen (mine is the black and green one) and I've had to re-set it, but I've pushed a pin too far into the reset hole and now if I try to re-set it it will just show the black creative screen. Is there any way of fixing it?

you could take it apart, the hard drive will be safe as it will be in its on enclosure - be careful of tight cabling and data cables

Sadly, I'm from the country that built that monstrosity.

Everyone I know who has bought the MP3 players from Creative have had horror stories.

One of them kept going back to the main office and they gave him a new one. It lasted 2 days and one of those days was the painstaking moving of MP3s into the thing.

After another exchange, I think he wrote it off as a waste of time and money as the brand new player broke down again. He then got an iPod nano. No problems with that.

Mine has actually been fairly ok until now, and i've had it since around august.

i did take it apart a bit, but it looks like i've accidentally seperated the screen part from the rest of it, so even if i put them back together, it doesnt work at all now.
