Hi,

I am John. I am a great fan of YouTube. Under

simple sentence. zero dimensional space

one can find a 7 second clip.

page

8 - Simple sentence (def. ?)

9 - Natural number (def. ?)

11 - "There is no Language by itself/(per se)."

12 - Time (in "language" ) (def. ?)

14 - Grammatical case (def. ?)

15 - Prepositions (def. ?)/the last page/

Warning:

The pdf file is in handwriting, incomplete and messed up, probably a work of a crackpot.

As you see this in no way can be put in section "Languages" on this site.

Thank you and have a nice day.

10 - what's happening here?

1 - 6 why don't these steps count either?

Hi gakINGKONG,

Thanks for your response.

That is the point - the pages which weren't mention are highly controversial for me and I don't want to spread false ideas. The definition of simple sentence is (in my opinion) the corner stone of the idea of Language. Simply said crackpots are everywhere. The writer didn't care for the readers at all. He or she simply published handwritten text which is odd, very odd and disrespectful.

Thanks again.

HI John (aka waive15),

I am Chaski. I do not especially like YouTube, beyond music videos and the occasional nature clip.

That, however, is just me. If YouTube brings you joy, you should embraces it.

Anyway, here is one of my favorite YouTube vids... real life put to Johnny Cash... Of course it is off the topic of "Language" and "simple sentences"... but such is life.

Yours,
Chaski

Hi there,

Chaski, thank you for understanding and worm welcome.

YouTube is smooth:

smooth player;
smooth spying;
smooth censorship and so on.

Some channels have made backups on b****ute for that reason.

I mostly watch English courses and put my knowledge to use when watch videos there.
My favorite linguistic channel on YouTube is Latintutorial(although I don't study Latin). I admire this guy. His video clips are linguistic gems.

etymonline(dot)com - the best etymological dictionary I have found so far.

Also I use:

dictionary(dot)com
en/ru.wiktionary(dot)org
affixes(dot)org

I would be glad if you recommend me some sites.

I have read your post from December 29, 2019 @ 03:55:43

/this is some kind of answer to your questions/
I like reading grammars in English( English is nicely simplified language). Now I am reading a Turkish grammar in English. The goal is not to speak but understand when watch and listen to Turkish speech. Why Turkish? Because writing is phonetic - very easy to read and understand. I gave up Greek, German and French on different reasons.
I don't like Reading(in general). I have an e-book but I only read The Big Sleep,
Farewell, My Lovely and The Master and Margarita(in Russian) for practice. Although I have read them many times the ending always surprises me. Otherwise I prefer watching and listening.

I see that you read the Bible a lot. So probably you can say better than me if the following is written by a sane or insane person:

Page 8 /Simple sentence/ of the "document" from YouTube
"
* So called Real and non Real stuff(things)are identical.

* Event is a unit of "Reality".

* Simple sentence is a unit of "Language".

* "Language" is a part of "Reality".

* Simple sentence is an Event and consists of events.

/some picture, graph of "John see cat."/

* Thought = Event = Simple sentence /"=" here means Equivalent as a sign/

* One only experiences one's working consciousness.
"

Page 9 is about Natural numbers.

"Real", "non Real stuff", "Events", "Natural numbers", ... This is too bizarre for any kind of grammar.

Thanks for the interest. Have a nice day.

Hi Erimitus,

I wish I knew. That was a quotation from the "document" from YouTube. I am just wondering To Take or Not to Take that "grammar" seriously. I don't need speculations - I need working grammar. I encode my thoughts to you in English and they have to arrive to you(you have to receive them) unchanged(English is just the medium).

This "grammar" is odd, so I am just looking for help/additional mental power/... to decide if that holds water.
