This is an very old video. I beleive it was at the height of Mr Farrakan's popularity.
To answer your question, yes, new nations usually experience bloodshed because various groups volly for power.
However, old nations can cause just as much war and bloodshed as we can see today with the wars in Iraq and Afganistan.
As long as nations try to take over another there will be war and corruption.

There are many reason's why I don't like Farrakan or what he preaches. He is definitely a racist and will admit that openly. He is a islamic fanatic and he is a former criminal who hasn't changed his ways much, but there is some truth in what he says.
