I can guarantee that for the rest of his life that young man will be hounded every night he goes into a bar or club.

It is sad. The poor guy will probably have to give up all his friends and family and move away from home just to try and lead a normaly life.

If all of you (people who don't know him) believe he's not guilty what makes you think his friends and family will believe he's guilty?

It's not his friends and family who will, but other people in the town and cities near him that he will need to escape from.

And you don't think other people are capable of thinking the same way you do?

Yes, possibly - but the majority of the people in this thread do not, which is why I think the majority of people outside this thread will not either

2-year-old was brutally beaten, cut, burned, sexually
assaulted and murdered. His head was bashed, his stomach beaten so severely that his liver ruptured, his scrotum was cut or bitten and slashed open. He was placed in boiling water or chemicals and burned. He was sexually assaulted.

The mother was permitted to plea to a lesser charge and sentenced to only 1 to 10 years in prison. The partner was charged with murder.

When asked why authorities have not simplified the process and organized an easy-to-find list of the especially dangerous offenders, Terri Swecker said, ?The Legislature said we don?t have to put them on a list.

WELLSBURG ? A Brooke County man is facing more than 20 counts of sexual abuse after police say he abused two young girls.

Rick Brady, 35, of Wellsburg is facing 11 counts of sex abuse by a custodian, eight counts of sex abuse in the first degree and three counts of sexual assault in the first degree.

Brady was arrested last week after police believe the abuse started in 2005.

Robert Padelski was sentenced last week to 351 to 785 years in prison by Judge Art Recht.

Padelski went before the same judge Thursday asking for a new trial.

Padelski was found guilty of dozens of counts of sexual abuse invloving a 5-year-old girl.

His attorneys asked Recht for a new trial based on new evidence. hat request was denied, but Recht told Padelski?s attorneys that they could investigate the evidence further and present a new motion for a new trial at a later date.

Just because she doesn't win a case doesn't mean she made it up

It wouldn't be proved she made it up, it would be proved he wasn't guilty.
