"Dry-Spell"

This is usually not like me. I apologize in advance if it's inappropriate, but any one has any methods for dry spells? Believe it or not, but I am approaching 3 years out with physical contact. Due to not having my own apartment, I am not at the liberty of "rubbing one out" either. Any methods that I can do to keep myself at bay? My social life is almost non-existent so it's difficult for me to get out there. I literally don't have the time. Hell, I requested off to go to a walk to end eating disorders and I still have to go to work that day.

I remember years ago Howard Stern claiming listeners would call in and say they'd "relieve" themselves on the drive to work during some of his more racy segments.

I wouldn't personally recommend it, but there are herb supplements that reduce urge... at least on a physical level.

I tried a public bathroom stall. I felt very guilty and awkward afterwards. Under the covers is a no go. Seems to messy. Due to the living situation, we share the bathroom with the kids, so that's definitely a no go. My parents keep asking me if I have found a woman to date yet, but my repeated answer is no. My excuse is because I don't have the time to do so. I think I do, but knowing my luck, there is no women who would find me attractive, or attractive enough to date.
