"Contact a Moderator" Link

I have noticed when there is a problem, a lot of times the question comes up, "I have a problem, who can I talk to about it?" and then someone who has been here a while will rattle off a few mods they know of, who never seem to be online anyway, or Tino. I think it might be better if there was a "Contact a Moderator" link like on the top of the page, and the link would take you to a page that listed links to all the Moderators, and showed which ones were online or offline. Then if there was an issue, it would be very easy to let a mod know about the issue and get it taken care of more quickly.

Doesn't sound like a bad idea to me.

it also seems like it would be more reassuring to new members that there is someone to talk to about their issues. I have noticed some new members are under the impression that there isn't help when it's needed because there isn't a clear way to get help, or that the forums are unmoderated because most other "standard" forums list the moderators very clearly for each forum.

It also says who we are. I see what they are saying though. If there was a link that would PM one of us it wouldnt be so hard to get one of us to fix stuff.
