"Bros before hos" / "Chicks before d***s"

I think that shouldn't apply all the time in every situation.

Personally, when I date someone, I'm dating them to see how we do together and then I work my way up to other phases in the relationship with them (ie; moving in together, marriage, ect).

It's no secret that relationships take work, and NO you shouldn't drop your friends (because then who are you going to have for support should the relationship goes south?), but after a while, you do need to start putting your partner first if you're ever going to get anywhere relationship wise.

It's not cool to totally blow off your sinificant other for your friends because of the "Bros before hos" / "Chicks before d***s" rule.

Also, the "Bros before hos" / "Chicks before d***s" rule only should apply to those dating a HO or a d***.
And if your significant other doesn't fit into either of those catagories, then the rule shouldn't apply to you.

Ideally, you shouldn't have to choose.

Like, if you have plans with your boyfriend, but your friends want to go out and they pull the "Chicks before d***s" thing, then you have some s***ty friends.

Or vis versa.

I would be like to my friends if they did the Bro's before Ho's. Dude's I already planned to go out with my gf. In which they would be okay with. I'm a pretty reasonable person.

Those are just catchphrases made up by people who are jealous that their friends have found someone, and they have not.

Bros before Hoes applies until engagement, and even then it becomes Bros before Hoes unless on wedding Duty.

Imo people who aren't engaged should always put friends first unless sex is involved. Not to be crass or anything, but that breaches another rule, Never get in the way of a Bro getting Laid.

Just because you aren't engaged doesn't mean you don't have a serious relationship. People can be together for years and years and never get married..

That's because they have morals and don't want to put their hoes infront of their bros.

I've never had a normal relationship, so bros before hos, chicks before d***s, has never been an issue
