The drug cartels in Mexico purchase the majority of their arms legally across the border in Texas. The United States and local government are fully aware of this fact, and even though some 60,000 Mexicans have died in the drug wars, there has been no change in the laws that allow people to purchase guns without having to undergo police checks or psychological assessment. The ease of purchasing guns has also effected and devastated many families where pupils and teachers have been gunned down in schools by unstable individuals. These insane crimes are occurring more and more frequently. The question is "Who is responsible for those crime's?"

So a cartel is not covered by your second ammendment. They should be stripped of their liberty to right to bear arms?

cartels are not legal entities. no they do not purchase guns legally so they are not covered under the constitution. They are CROOKS. Crooks will get what they need without following laws.

The borders should be locked down.

and fast and furious should be investigated and not swept under the rug.

And its always blame America.

We are not the only people who makes guns..

The OP stated they were purchased lesgally. If they are purchased legally, though, then it is not the manufacturer or the retailer who is at blame. All they did was sell them something, they didnt tell the customer what to do with it.

I like the fact that Nottingham is mentioned in that link. The joys of living in the gun capital of the UK.

If you bothered to read the heading, you will see that it also says "OTHER GOVERNMENTS". Why have you chosen to ignore that?

Can you name another country other than America where so many mass killings have taken place in so many schools? Excluding terrorist bombs.

I am dismayed that you have chosen to concentrate on the criminal aspect, and have not given one single thought for the victims and their families. I am sure they would vomit at what you have stated.

Legally is getting harder and harder to define when it is the U S government doing the gun buying for it’s own ops and trading them for drugs of various types. It is not particularly new information that the U S government is one of the biggest drug and gun pushers in the world. Iran Contra and the like continue daily right till today.

Note also that in Afghanistan, the military and DEA are not burning out the poppy fields.

Infowars I do not trust completely but this I do.

Hmm...Islam (EDIT "I Am" - Keep misreading that) has a point, less guns would be available if less guns were manufactured.

But if less gun sales were taking place that results in less jobs and factory owners having to settle for Cameros rather than Lamborghini's.

But understanding how 'Earth' works, those gun factory employees probably all have more of knack for writing valentines.

The people who commit those crimes are responsible. You cannot blame the government when they are fighting a losing battle. The individuals in those countries have to change their priorities. Money is a great motivator. Some people will sacrifice their families and communities for it.
