'Talking to hot chicks' as a comment, was this flirting.

Guy and girl briefly meet. Boy knows girl has a boyfriend and girl knows boy has a girl friend, they still have a conversation and he asks her pass time activities and she asks his and his response to this is "talking to hot chicks" was this him flirting???

Uhmmm... well, why is he only talking to hot chicks while he's in a relationship. I don't know, I'm not controlling at all but I wouldn't be happy to see him acting like that.
