Exactly. Equality and diversity.

If I call one person a c**t, Im singling them out. If I call everyone a c**t, Im practicing equality because I treat everyone the same.

Its not "nice", but its good practice of equality and diversity.

But obviously when it comes to murder, one specific race/culture/ethnic group is singling it out and racist. SO you have to do the same to every group. Otherwise you are not practicing equality.

yes- if go youtube - type ' hardcore tv - hbo ', you find a half-dozen episodes on you can. no, it is inappropriate for this website. i saw a little bit of it, it was a ok. i need watch some more of it to see if funny.

a threat or harassment (anything like this) .. is based on the
perception of the recipient. It's not what the intent was, at least not words only. I can't let this go - there is no 'intent' of racism with the NFL team name of Redskins. It's been around for decades. Yet, and still, it is considered by some in bad form, prerogative in nature towards a certain race/nation - based on their perception.
Different opinions out there about this, and a few threads as well --but something said or done 'simply', without consideration of how it is received or impacts on others/to others --- is not just a matter of idiocy or stupidity. These types of things need to 'nipped in the bud' sooner, rather than later ---- and it ain't over until the 'healthy' lady sings!

Just saw this...the answer to your questions is no. In those cases it's not racist, but in those cases, the people saying those things don't make mention of race.

If a French judge says "I've put Asian people like you away" it actually could be construed as racist because there is really no other reason for the judge to mention the person's being Asian other than to single him out as Asian.

Saying "I kill white people like you" doesn't accomplish anything other than singling out the woman it was said to as white and showing aggression to her based on that factor. It doesn't really constitute a hate crime because no action was taken, but I would say that it was a racist statement.
