‘I Kill White People Like You’

I think we are all speaking about action. The act would be a hate crime. The statement would be a possible threat of a hate crime provided as stated she's not a mental case or was just trying to get someone out of her face. Not ever a good thing to bring a race into a threat.

What is the Fighting Words Doctrine?

Mine does occasionally. Im actually more chilled out though than I appear on this site.

But I used to be a very angry man. I wouldnt lash out at people and I wouldnt self harm but I would destroy objects, Ive thrown a PC through a window, ripped a door off a locker and launched a mobile phone at a wall.

That said, Martial Arts and Meditation have helped me a lot.

But this site in particular seems to bring out the worst of me at times.

She said , " I kill white people like you ." so bascally she's saying she kills white middle aged women who fly on planes.. Not much different from "I kill white like you because they are white . ?

That is quite different.
It might just be she kills people who tell her to turn her phone off. And they all happen to be white.

Just because a killers victims might fit the same profile, dosnt mean she kills them because they fit that profile.

Also she just pointed out a fact or told a lie.

"I kill white people" is different from "Im going to kill you".

(a) In General.—
(1) Offenses involving actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin.— Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, willfully causes bodily injury to any person or, through the use of fire, a firearm, a dangerous weapon, or an explosive or incendiary device, attempts to cause bodily injury to any person, because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin of any person....

(2) Offenses involving actual or perceived religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.—
(A) In general.— Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, in any circumstance described in subparagraph (B) or paragraph (3), willfully causes bodily injury to any person or, through the use of fire, a firearm, a dangerous weapon, or an explosive or incendiary device, attempts to cause bodily injury to any person, because of the actual or perceived religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability of any person—

(c) Definitions.— In this section—
(1) the term “bodily injury” has the meaning given such term in section 1365 (h)(4) of this title, but does not include solely emotional or psychological harm to the victim;

The situation in question doesn't seem to meet the Federal violation criterion.

And this demonstartes just how retarded PC is. You see someone of another race/colour/skin nationality and you have to step on eggshells, because if you say something that isnt "nice" even if they piss you the f*** off. Your automatically a racist.

I admit saying that you kill people, does borderline on being a psycho, but this isnt about if she is a psycho or not. Its about if saying that you kill white people is a racist remark.

In my eyes it isnt.
