Awesome! Then you should definitely know some! Btw, it can be done even without a cyrillic keyboard cause I don't have one either. I just setup my language bar for Russian, memorized which key works for which letter, then practiced a lot. Now I can type in Russian on my English keyboard.
Here's a chart I made for a member at another forum. The green letters are the keys you use for each letter:

I was thinking of installing a cyrillic set on my own language bar... I already use the International English, and the Polish. I'll have to look at your chart again....

Cool! Some stuff I forgot to add to my chart:

1. The letter "Ж" is like a French "J". Just pronounce the English "J" but don't let your tongue touch the roof of your mouth.

2. The letter "X" is like a soft English "K" and a lot of times it's just silent.

3. The letter "Ц" is just an English "TS" sound.

4. The letter "Ш" is an English "SH" but the letter "Щ" is like a soft English "SHCH" but with your tongue to the front of your mouth and with a soft "CH" ending. Your tongue shouldn't touch the roof of your mouth.

5. The letter yery "Ы" doesn't have an English equivalent sound but the English "IH" or "EIH" is close.

There's no English "W" in the alphabet but "Ш" and "ОУ" are used sometimes to make a similar sound.

And for the keyboard:
/=. ?=, ^=: $=; !=! &=? |=/ @="
If you make a copy of the chart, you can probably use the Paint app in Windows to add that stuff to the chart.

It only took 2 days days (part time) to memorize all the keys and start using them. But if you don't know the alphabet, it could take a little longer.
