still going strong just got got back from staying with my grandparents havent contacted him and he hasnt contacted me ,which i glad about because i dont know how i would of reacted. feel alot better now i'm actually coping. Got a friend from work coming to dinner in a few hours looking forward to the company. night times are the worst though too much time to think. Thanx everyone for all your support and advice i dont feel so alone knowing that theres always some one here i can talk to best thing i ever did was join this site thanx again
