Yeah, I think we are all tired of turkey by the time Christmas comes. Pork is usually the “meat” of Christmas.
It’s usually Tamales for me. Mmmm. I love me my 12 nights of tamales and posole and chile. With biscochitos.
I really want coquito. Though, last time I was around the right people during the holidays, I wasn’t old enough. (And I could still drink eggnog).
