mines Ted Bundy, what he did was horrific and was one of the worst serial killers to have ever walked the face of the earth, and yet he was never caught until the earlie to mid 80's and was put to death in 1989. i could go on about him but i was just wonderin what your thoughts were.

I think the time frame matters as well for it to be a proper killing spree. So 3 deaths in the same month or whatever would count. I get my info from procedurals on TV though so might not be the most reliable

dexter - who during work for the police as blood and spatter specialist, and he was a vigilante, who has own sick justice to kill only criminals got away with it. dexter's step sister is who is lt. in his police squad, who determine to hunt him down, even though she doesn't known her step brother is is serial killer.

dexter was one of the best of tv police show ever made, it had one of the most disappointing end of series finale, you ever seen.
