Chinese officials say the Wuhan Virus outbreak may have actually started at the labs near the city

And were is this "report"?
I found the referenced report, or it's source.
Possible origins...
> The report was written in Feb. 2020.
> The Incident(s), based on the article, some time between 2017-2019.
> The incidents(s) were actually antidotal.
> There is no suggestion that the incident(s) in anyway linked to the outbreak.
> Timing of the incident(s) make it highly doubtful that they were the source of the outbreak.
> The Mirror and a similar The Sun articles misrepresented the circumstances.
> The Sun being nearly complete BS with at title
Coronavirus may have started in Wuhan lab where HUNDREDS of bats ‘attacked and peed on scientists’, experts say, a complete lie.
> The article does say "the killer coronavirus probably originated from a laboratory in Wuhan."
> However, it doesn't actually give any proof of that.
> The report indicates that rhinolophus affinis (the bats in question) are not from the area. However rhinolophus affinis can actually be found all over south and eastern China (and down into SEA) including the Wuhan area. The reports makes a leap from where the lab bats came from to where all rhinolophus affinis are found. Pretty weak on the part of the reporting scientists.
etc
Note: It really isn't hard to fact check this stuff.
