So... just a few points on this...

Let us say there there had been evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information.

1. 100 violations. Now, let's say that each of the 38 people sent 3 "classified emails" to Hillary during her 4 (+/-) years as Sec. State, that would be 114 violations.

Now that would be 114 violations regardless of whether the information was at the lowest level of classification (Confidential) or highest level (Top Secret SCI+).

2. Also, just because someone sent Hillary an email, doesn't mean she violated any classification rules herself.

To understand this point think of your front door having one of those mail slots. Someone walks up to your front door and slides a piece of mail through the slot. You get that mail regardless of whether you wanted it or not.

Now imagine that the mail was "classified" information, but the person pushing the mail through your door mail slot removed all of the classification markings"... Even if you "wanted" the information, you might not know that it was actually classified.

So, it is not inconceivable that the "persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information" was evidence that didn't actually point to Hillary.

5. The "deliberate mishandling of classified information" is not necessarily a crime.

It depends on the information, the classification level of the information, who "sent" it, who "received" it, when it was sent, and why it was sent/received.... the who/what/when/where/why/how of the incident.

Example: Let's say there is some highly classified information about a U.S. military operation, and someone wrongfully sends that informal to someone else; i.e. a "deliberate mishandling of classified information. Now comes the who/when/where/why was is sent?

> A. It was sent to the "enemy" before the operation with the intent to aid the "enemy", etc... Treason.

OR

> B. It was sent to a government department head, who knew about the operation, it was sent after the operation was successfully completed, etc... not "treason", just stupidity.

On the other hand, a quote from Tulsi Gabbard to Hillary >>> "You (are) the queen of warmongers, embodiment of corruption, and personification of the rot that has sickened the Democratic Party for so long, have finally come out from behind the curtain..."

Some... many... would not call that hyperbole.

If there is a Nazi at the table with 10 other people sitting there silent, you have 11 Nazis at the table.

I don't think he is big on the "nationalism" part, but he claims to be a "socialist"... though he also claims to support "democracy"... so (probably) what is he promoting is "Democratic socialism".

By definition, the USA is already a "democratic socialism" state... or very close to it indeed.

Democratic socialism is a socialist political philosophy which advocates political democracy alongside a socially owned economy, with an emphasis on workers' self-management and democratic control of economic institutions within a market or some form of a decentralised planned socialist economy.

Political democracy > check.

Socially owned economy > check.

Emphasis on workers self-management > Ok... this one is debatable, but is at least partially true.

Democratic control of economic institutions > Ok... this one is also debatable, a individuals and corporations (oligarchy...?) control the economic institutions but with federal regulations. I wouldn't call the operations of banks, insurance companies, etc "democratic", but at least in theory anyone can run one so....

With in a market or some form of a decentralised planned socialist economy > Our markets are (over all) decentralized) but I doubt that one could realistically call them "planned".

etc

Or not ....

the United States ran into a new hitch in getting its troops out of Syria, with neighboring Iraq’s military saying Tuesday that the American forces did not have permission to stay on its territory.
...
Esper is considering keeping some troops in Syria to protect oil fields held by Kurdish-led fighters, backing away from the full withdrawal first touted by Trump.

Actually, I’m thinking this is why Trump did it.

Anthony Scaramucci thinks there was money under the table, but I think it’s because Trump is Putin’s d***-licking peon.

And that’s either it’s because he has a hard on for successful dictators or because he has a hard on for urinating prostitutes. Either one fits the narrative.

E: I am/was confused about the terms. Clearly that nice POTUS is a nationalist. Fascism is an authoritarian and nationalistic right-wing system. Do you think Donald is a fascist? Not that it is a bad thing. Fascism has a negative connotation because of the Nazis. They were not very nice.

C: By definition, the USA is already a "democratic socialism" state... or very close to it indeed.

E: I did not know that

E: Seems to me nationalistic democracy is possible. Is that correct?

Emphasis on workers self-management > Ok... this one is debatable, but is at least partially true.

The political push for impeachment could probably go faster if the energy for that hadn't already been burned with Robert Mueller's fact-free theater on Trump's partnership with Russia.

Hey Congress, hold the vote on impeachment articles already. Ya'll milk this so much soon them utters won't produce.

I'm assuming the Democrat party wants to be known for something other than "just" taking down Trump.

1. "The political ...Robert Mueller's fact-free theater on Trump's partnership with Russia."

> Fastest most successful special counsel investigation ever. 5 People sentenced to prison, 1 Person convicted at trial, 7 People pleaded guilty, 37 People and entities charged, 199 Overall criminal counts... and various spin off investigations continuing.

2. "Hey Congress, hold the vote on impeachment articles already"

> No need to and not required by our Constitution. (Read it... it is fun.)

3.."I'm assuming the Democrat party wants to be known for something other than "just" taking down Trump."

One would think that the GOP (and 21st Century Conservatives) would want to be know for something other than sucking Trump's tiny hands, but apparently they don't.

All hail our Lord and Savior Donald Jesus Christ Returned Trump.
