I'm speaking from a parents perspective , I would oppose it . 13 even a mature 13 is just way to young to be hanging out with a 20 year old. The age difference would be the reason they would have nothing in common. Even if there was a shared interest there is no way that the two could be on the same level .and if it was an interest in a game ,that might get them though a hour at most,for conversation.
