I understood that Trump For President 2016 was investigated for the rumors /fake news that they colluded with the Russian gubment to steal the election from #NotMyPresident-HRC.
And two years later they came up with nothing on that.
You "understood" incorrectly.
The investigation was primarily about Russia trying to influence the 2016 election, which they did as proven by the investigation.
As it turns out, some of Trump's people (including some who were involved with his campaign) would found guilty of committing various crimes.
> Not "rumors"
> Not "fake news"
> Not "came up with nothing on that".
It remains the quickest special counsel investigation in U.S. History and arguably the most successful.
5 sentenced to prison, 1 convicted in trial, 1 in trial, 7 guilt pleas, 37 people and entities (including Russians) charged and 199 criminal counts... with a number of cases referred to other legal jurisdictions...
In addition, from the outset the lead investigator said that he was not going to test the legal theory of whether or not a president could be indicted while in office....
And said investigation proved that the president lied about numerous things, possibly not actual crimes, but as noted Mueller was never going to indict Trump anyway so that would be a moot point to argue.
You really should pay more attention to FoxNew... they did actually report all that
It also came out over these last two years that our draft dodging president is possibly be biggest crybaby on planet earth.
