Well as a woman who works out 6 days a week and eats clean healthy foods, is it viewed my look is ideal? I think it should be. The thick/fat look that some guys like is not healthy and is an easy way out. My road yields great results but is harder and more rare to achieve.

Thoughts? Nikki

I think living a healthy lifestyle is "the healthy look". Not reaching for a goal of a particular size or weight.

Eat sensible and keep active.

Each body is different. And bodies change over time.

I don't diet or exercise, yet year after year at my checkups my numbers are all in the norm / recommended range.

I've not spent money on gyms and diet plans. ... which leave more for bourbon

But I do understand that some people do not have it as "easy" as me.

Looks don’t define fitness, and especially health, of course. But generally speaking, as long as one is being nourished, a slimmer body generally is reflective of better fitness more than an overweight body. This is primarily achieved via diet. Exercise develops a level of fitness that isn’t as visible, such as cardiovascular health and musculoskeletal health. And while both diet and exercise, therefore, contribute to better overall health, especially as one ages, there are other factors that affect health as well, such as smoking, alcohol, habits, exposure to other products, and genetics.

Ideal? For you it might be. Everyone has their own preference and some like curves and some like thin or a built body. I think whatever you're happy with and gives you the most confidence is what matters.

I don't care much how I look (although I am adorable) it is the way I feel that I am concerned with.

Haha, I joke to the hair-cutter people (not really barbers any more) "Don't worry about the bald spot. It doesn't bother me, I can't see it!"

Good points. I do know for me, the weights, the cardio and all is good for my heart. Plus eating clean is healthy and keeps my blood pressure and cholesterol low.

Yeah,that's what I mean.
I like my Big Mac's now and then, I'm no stranger to pizza, and a few other "naughty" foods, but my cholesterol and sugars and BP and all that stuff is normal/good.

My exercise is cutting the grass, gardening, snow blowing, etc ... and hell, with grocery curbside pickup or delivery, I even get 1-hour less of walking in a week any more...

And though I wouldn't miss a pound or two, I'm hardly overweight.

So I don't spend my money on gyms and diets and have more money for bourbon
(see a pattern? hahaha) ...(could be a chorus of a country-western song!!)
