I had a quick mis-read of a posted sign this morning:

"This is a taco free environment"

... er ... Tobacco free

I don't want to live in a world where there are taco free environments!

Tacos hurt no one.

Tacos are great. You can have them for every meal, even breakfast.

Though, taco bell tacos are subpar tacos, but sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures. Though I do live in a part od the world where there are at least 5 different places that have tacos on demand 24hours a day.

There is never any reason for any environment to be a taco free environment. Just to be clear on how serious I am, I'd be totally okay with someone eating a taco while they performed open heart surgery on me as long as I got to have one when I woke up.

Probably wasn't healthy, but I had a Cliff Bar for breakfast. Going to the gym once I finish this quiz. Debating on what protein to devour after.

Come on Pat you are Marine. You know as well as I do there is only one breafast for us. That's SOS that right sauage gravy on toast or biscuits. Put some beans in it and you have a breakfast that will be there for you all day!

I agree with smoothies or protein shakes for breakfast. I'm insulin resistant so I try to go sugar free in the morning. Typically scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder with a serving a frozen spinach, ice, almond milk, and peanut butter (usually PB2) in my ninja bullet.

I also like stuff I can make ahead, like overnight oats, hardboiled eggs, and sous vide egg bites with different fillings. Muffins are another good one, so are waffles that you undercook a little, throw in the microwave, and top with a nut butter of some kind.
