At recent trade talks the UK representative offered to sell sophisticated British telephone technology to the Russians.
British man : "In the United Kingdom, anyone can pick up any phone and dial 999. This will record the call and connect them with the police."
Russian : "In Russia we don't require that you dial anything and the police come anyway."
