I hate cooked carrots, love raw ones though.

Yeah, I find both of those tough going apart from when done slowly. Had some great pork in a fruit sauce in Cyprus years ago, but I've not been able to match it since, grr!

Love tuna with mashed potato chips, and Zesto Italian dressing mixed in.

Also, buttered roll, with crushed up potato chips. Simply delish!
