The "School" was his house that was never state inspected or looked into because as a private school the state has no jurisdiction .. in CA.

If the 1st grader can change its own diaper, it is better then the teacher needing to help.
That value of life part?
Most might think their life more valuable then a "bad person"
a bad person just refuses to change its diaper.
We are all "bad people" in that we have it in us to do anything "they" do.
they are us.
