Ex-Trump advisor George Papadopolous pleaded guilty

An early advisor to President Donald Trump's campaign pleaded guilty on October 5th to making false statements to FBI agents, according to court filings released Monday.

The U.S. alleges that George Papadopolous made contact with foreign nationals tied to the Russian government and subsequently lied to federal agents about those meetings.

This conviction was apparently kept quite for 25 days...most likely pending.....

... the indictment of Paul Manafort and Rick Gates.

Just to be clear - Lying about meetings, hiding business deals and quietly working for foreign countries or companies is NOT collusion!

And neither is an offshore account or money laundering.

And going to a meeting with the intent to collude, but then failing to collude because the other conspirators have a different agenda, also isn't colluding... it is attempting to collude....and is really stupid.
